Who doesn't love ladybugs? I had been thinking of rain forest animals, but not really insects, beetles, etc...now I have a whole new pool of images which to draw from! I am anticipating 2 more weekends!!
Love the ladybugs! Great Job everyone. It's great to have this blog and watch the project progress through its various stages. To everyone who has volunteered to help Kiba with this massive undertaking I send a heartfelt thank you. Your combined talents are making this project a reality for the children and staff at the Advocacy Center.
Thank you viewers for your interest in this project!
It warms me to know that other people are as interested in the evolution of the child advocacy center's walls as I am. It is a strange idea to think that the murals I am working on may in fact outlast me. A true legacy in the making!
I am searching for a full time job as an art educator in the metroplex. I received my MA from UNT in May of 2009 and since then have tried to remain as active in the arts as I can. This is one way I can extend my talents as well as making a difference in the lives of others - a concept at the heart of what I wish to do in this lifetime!
