Little Miss Muffet?

This lovely spider image is on a small part of the wall that
really was in need of some sort of focal point and area of interest!
Thanks Mom for your awesome work and dedication to helping this and all
of the other phases of the mural really be a success!!

Student Involvement

Squirrel vs. Chipmunk

Here's a detail of the awesome work that my Mom
did: the transformation is a super cute chipmunk!!
She said he looks like he's really taking ownership
of his stash-o-nuts now!

From beginning to end again!

What sometimes happened was- the students would begin and area or idea and then I would come back over to correct or to add detail that they may not have been able to have done on their own. I am allowing them the freedom to work on this and 100% trust their abilities, but I am still keeping the quality of work for this project what it needs to be.

Right hand side of the Wall

Detail of Mushrooms and Butterfly

Detail of the Owl:

Flower development

From blocking in white over the background, the detailed foreground details can better
stand out and be emphasized!

More mural images in transition

Turtle and Raccoon

.

Detail of the Cardinal

And some images along the way of different stages of completion.

The far left part of the new wall

Detail of A DANDELION
behind the Fox's tail!

From Beginning to End!

This mural has been wonderful to work on!
I have been able to bring in many talented students from the school I'm now teaching at, Marcus High School and allow them the opportunity I've had--Helping with the healing of children through Art!
